上海交通大学医学院附属上海市精神卫生中心2011年1月-2012年6月门急诊处方分析

Analysis of outpatient and emergency prescriptions in Shanghai Mental Health Center affiliated to School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiaotong University from January 2011 to June 2012

目的:规范临床用药,提高处方质量,保障用药安全。方法:对2011年1月-2012年6月上海交通大学医学院附属上海市精神卫生中心门急诊处方,每月抽取20号当天处方,对其处方质量及合理用药进行分析。结果和结论:2011年抽查处方合格率为94.59%,2012年1-6月处方合格率为95.45%。药师通过每月的处方点评及内网公示开展药学服务,从而有效促进临床安全、合理用药。

Objective： To standardize clinical medication,improve quality of prescriptions and guarantee medication safety.Methods： Analyses were made on the prescription quality and rational utilization of drugs by sampling the prescriptions made on the 20th every month from January 2011 to June 2012,in Shanghai Mental Health Center affiliated to School of Medicine,Shanghai Jiaotong University.Results and Conclusion：The qualified rate of prescriptions sampled in 2011 was 94.59%,and that of the prescriptions sampled in January to June 2012 was 95.45%.Pharmacists carried out pharmaceutical care through monthly comments on the prescriptions and open presentation on the internal network,as a result,safe and rational utilization of drugs could obviously be promoted in the hospital.
