寿春古镇旅游资源开发SWOT分析

The SWOT Analysis of Shouchun Town Tourism Resources for Development

根据笔者在安徽省寿县田野调查获得的资料,对新形势下寿春古镇开发旅游进行了SWOT评估,指出寿春古镇开发旅游存在便利的区位、旅游资源独特性等方面优势;存在旅游资源开发利用率低、管理分散,古镇内部环境等方面的劣势;面对外部条件,寿春古镇面临着中部崛起和合肥经济圈发展等机会;同时也存在国内其它古镇和周边淮南地区旅游威胁。对古镇开发旅游提出了整合资源,扬长避短,提高资源禀赋,改善投资环境,完善旅游服务等策略,尤其对开发四顶山庙会和古镇巷道文化提出了建议,希望对寿春古镇发展有促进作用。

According to the data from the field of Shouxian County in Anhui Province, with SWOT assessment of developing tourism of Shouchun ancient town under the new situation, this article analyzes the convenient location of Shouchun town and points out the advantages of unique resources. Although the disadvantages of low efficiency, decentralized management and internal environment of the ancient town exist, facing the external conditions, Shouchun town has got the chance of development with the grown-up of the central region and Hefei economic circle. There are some tourism threats from other towns at home and around areas of Huainan. In the end, with hope of promoting the development of Shouchun town, the author proposes integration of tourism resources, adopts its good points and avoids its shortcomings, raises the resource predominance, improves investment environment, perfects the strategies of tourism service, especially for developing the Siding Mountain temple fair and developing roadway cuhure of the town.
