Developing Modern Agriculture and Strengthening County Economy——An Exploration into Modern Agriculture Development in Yuncheng

运城是农业大市。发展现代农业,增加农民收入成为壮大区域经济的核心。我们通过对全市现代农业发展状况调查看出,建设示范园区、发展设施农业、强化科技支撑、推进产业化经营、完善市场体系等举措,推进了运城现代农业的发展进程,但从深层次分析,仍存在资金、人才、体制机制、服务体系四个方面的制约因素。下一步应从创新投融资机制,创新人才培养机制,创新产业发展模式,创新社会服务机制四个方面采取措施,破解资金和人才瓶颈,消除体制机制和服务体系制约,为进一步推进现代农业发展创造条件。

Yuncheng is an agriculture city, so growth of regional economy lies in the development of modern agriculture and the farmers＇ income increase. A survey of Yuncheng＇s modem agriculture development shows that measures such as construction of demonstration zone, development of facility agriculture, strengthening of scien- tific support, promotion of industrial management and complete marketing system, have greatly propelled Yuncheng＇s agriculture development. However, a deep analysis proves that there still exist restrictive factors in- cluding finance, personnel, system mechanism, and service system. In the future, we should take four further measures of innovating investment and financing mechanism, talent cultivation, industrial development mode, and social service mechanism in order to break the bottleneck of talents and fund, remove restrictions of system mechanism and service system. By so doing, we can pave the way to promoting modem agriculture development.
