摘要
从客户价值的视角,我们对大学英语教学绩效评价指标体系进行探索,并以我国中西部地区独立学院学生为研究对象,通过发放纸质和电子问卷(QQ、e-mail)等方式获取相关数据,采取探索性因素对数据进行分析,结果表明,独立学院大学英语教学绩效评价指标体系可由四个维度组成:即学生的交际能力提升,语言知识增加,文化知识增加,写作能力提升。
By using relative data from written and electronic questionnaires inc mails, the paper makes a study of the teaching performance evaluation indexes of Co luding QQ chatting and e - llege English in independent colleges of middle and western China from the special perspective of the customer value. After taking an analysis of the data by adopting the exploratory factors, it proves that the teaching performance evaluation indexes of College English consist of the improvement of communicative competence, language knowledge, cultural knowledge and writing ability of the students.
