大承气汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的Meta分析

Meta analysis on the effects of Da Chengqi decoction in treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的系统性评价大承气汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法采用RevMan4．2．10软件对国内2004—2010年7篇临床研究文献进行Meta分析。结果治愈和有效的OR值略成偏态分布；治愈率、有效率经异质性检验P均〉0．05，可以采用固定效应模型合并研究；其OR值分别为3．28、4．79，95％可信区间分别为2．48～4．32、3．01—7．62，治疗组均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论大承气汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻是有效的。

AIM To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of Da Chengqi decoction on adhesive intestinal ob- struction. METHODS Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 4.2.10 software for seven articles published from 2004 to 2010 in Chinese journals. RESULTS Curative rate and effective rate showed skewed distribution. After consis- tency check, all rates were homogenous （ P 〉 0.05）. Fixed effect model was adopted. Odds ratio （OR） value of curative rate, effective rate was respectively 3.28 and 4.79; the 95% confidence in interval（CI） was respectively 2.48 -4.32 and 3.01 - 7.62. The results showed that treatment group was significantly better than control group. The difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION Da Chengqi decoction is effective for adhesive intestinal obstruction.
