摘要
针对天然碱制碱工业中设备的腐蚀问题,研制出5种成分的稀土镍铜合金铸铁,测试其腐蚀速度,并对其耐碱腐蚀性能进行评价。结果表明:加入适量的稀土可明显提高铸铁的耐烧碱腐蚀性能,但是加入过量稀土会造成铸铁的耐碱腐蚀性能下降。
Aimed at the corrosion problem of facilityes in caustic soda industry, five types of RE-Ni-Cu cast iron were developed, and their corrosion rate was tested. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the cast iron with the suitable RE content can be improved clearly. However, it will be decreased with excessive RE content.
