摘要
对某石化厂合成氨造气洗涤水预热器开裂进行失效分析。结果表明,材料热处理工艺不当,致使预热器筒体存在微观组织偏析,引起材料腐蚀性能下降,导致连多硫酸腐蚀开裂。同时针对此种情况提出了切实可行的防止产生类似失效的预防措施。
The failure analysis of washing water preheater was done in a petrochemical plant. The results show that the improper heat treatment of shell body material leads to the presence of microstructure segregation and decreasing corrosion resistance of the shell materials, which results in the corrosion cracking of sulfuric acid. At the same time, prevention measures were put forward to prevent the similar produce failure event.
