摘要
针对板坯连铸机二次冷却系统的工艺设计,开发了相应的通用设计仿真软件平台CISDI_SCSD R2011,该软件耦合板坯连铸二冷凝固传热数学模型、多元合金凝固微观偏析数学模型和基于目标表面温度的水量反算迭代算法,可广泛应用于板坯连铸机二次冷却系统的工程设计及优化改造。
A simulation soitware platform named CISDI_SCSD R2011 of universal design was developed according to the process design of secondary cooling system for slab caster. The software has deep theoretical property and nice applicability, coupling solidification micro-segregation mathematical module for multi-component alloy with iterative reverse calculation based on target surface temperature, and can be widely used in engineering design and optimal modification of secondary cooling system for slab caster.
