摘要
以玩具车轮注塑模具设计为例,阐述基于CAD/CAM技术的模具设计及加工仿真一体化的关键技术,重点介绍了模具设计与制造的基本思路和步骤,加工工艺和加工参数设置等关键问题。采用CAD/CAM技术可提高模具的设计水平和加工质量,提高工作效率,降低生产成本。
Taking the injection die design for the wheel in toy car as an example, the key technologies of integrating die designing and machining based on CAD/CAM technology were elaborated, and the basic ideas and steps, the processing process and its parameter setting and other key issues in die design and manufacture were introduced. Using CAD technology can greatly improve the level of die design and the quality of machining, improve work efficiency and reduce the production cost.
