Discussion on construction safety management of road in winter in south area of Hebei Province

阐述了冀南地区冬季低温状况下对公路项目施工过程中的安全管理现状问题与一些解决措施,分析了项目施工过程中安全事故发生的原因,提出了做好施工安全管理工作的几点方法,实际应用表明措施是可行且有效的。

This paper expounds the low temperature condition in winter in south area of Hebei Province on safety management of highway project construction process, and some measures to solve the problem, analyses the reason of safety accidents in the process of project construction, and puts forward some methods of construction safety management. The practical application shows that the measure is feasible and effective.
