老年良性前列腺增生症患者的自我护理能力及其影响因素

Self-care Capacity and Its Influential Factors in Patients with Senile Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的了解老年良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者自我护理能力并探讨其影响因素。方法 2011年9月至2012年2月,方便性抽样选取广州市第一人民医院泌尿外科住院治疗的老年BPH患者309例,运用自我护理能力测定量表、社会支持评定量表及老年抑郁量表等问卷对其进行调查。结果老年BPH自我护理能力总分为(110.45±19.40)分,37.0%的患者呈高等水平;抑郁、文化程度、国际前列腺症状评分(international prostate symptom score,IPSS)和社会支持度影响患者的自我护理能力(均P<0.05)。结论护理人员应该根据患者抑郁、文化程度、IPPS评分和社会支持度的差异来实施有针对性的护理干预,同时鼓励家属共同参与患者疾病的护理,从而提高患者的自我护理能力。

Objective To investigate the self-care capacity and its influential factors in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods From September 2011 to February 2012, 309 senile BPH patients in the inpatient department who were recruited from the hospital in Guangzhou were in- vestigated with the scale of self care capacity. Results The scores of total of self-care capacity were 110.45± 19. 40. Totally 37. 0 % of the patients were at a higher level. The self-care capacity was affected by depression, education, international prostate symptom score（IPSS） and social support （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion To improve the self-care capacity of patients with senile BPH, nurses should implement targeted nursing interventions according to patients＇ different depression, education levels, iternational prostate symptom score and social support, encourage the involvement of the patients＇ families in the nursing process.
