摘要
在近两个世纪的发展历程中,美国教师资格证书制度形成了管理主体的多元化、证书种类繁多且要求规范、资格标准的专业性、资格鉴定的综合化、认证机构及组成人员的多样化的特点。这对于完善我国教师资格证书制度如教师资格证书管理体制、资格标准、鉴定方式及相关理念等具有重要的借鉴价值。
In the nearly two centuries of the development process, teacher certification system in U. S. A. has been found the following characteristics: the pluralism of administrative authorities, a wide variety of credentials and the requirements specification, specialization of the eligibility criteria, the integration of accreditation, certification body and is composed of the diverse and so on . What is important reference value for improving of our Teacher Certification System, such as teacher certifi- cation management system, eligibility criteria, identification methods and related concepts.
