摘要
人精子膜蛋白 YWK II胞外区一段 1 6肽 YAL 1 98抗体 ,经小鼠体外受精实验 ,表明有明显的抑制作用 ,受精率约下降 2 0 .8% ,并且发现 YAL 1 98抗体主要抑制小鼠精子穿入透明带。运用荧光原位杂交技术 (FISH) ,将 YWK II基因定位在人第 1 1号染色体 ,q2 4~ 2 5区。
YAL198 peptide (16 aa) is a segment of the extracellular domain of human sperm membrane protein designated as YWKII antigen. Experiments in vitro were designated to test the effects of the mouse antiYAL198 antiserum on the ability of sperms to penetrate through the zona pellucida and the fertilization rate. The results showed that markedly lower fertilization rate was obtained compared with the control group, and YAL198 antiserum was found to inhibit mainly sperm penetration through the egg's zona. Gene encoding YWKII antigen is located at human chromosome 11, region q24~25 by FISH.
