摘要
通过回顾、总结前人的研究成果,作者主要从学校、家庭、学习者自身和外语学习本身等方面比较全面地分析了造成外语学习焦虑的相关因素,以便为以后的外语学习者和工作者找出相应的克服和降低这种焦虑的策略,提高教学效果。
By reviewing and summarizing the previous studies, the paper mainly made a more comprehensive analysis of the related factors about foreign language anxiety from the aspects of school, family, individual factors and the foreign language learning process itself. The author hopes to help foreign language learners and workers find corresponding strategies to overcome and reduce the anxiety and thus improve the teaching and learning effectiveness.
