高中体育教师教学效能感及影响因素研究

On Teaching Efficacy and Influencing Factors of Teachers of Physical Education in Senior High Schools

教师自我效能感高低是学生成绩好坏的重要影响因素。通过问卷调查法、访谈法和数据统计法对高中体育教师效能感进行调查,并分析了自我效能感的影响因素以及采取何种措施能够提高体育教师的自我效能感。结论如下:女高中体育教师的个人教学效能感显著高于男体育教师(P<0.05);教龄越长,体育教师的一般教学效能感、个体效能感和总效能感越大。其他不显著。

Teacher self- efficacy is one of the important factors that affected student achievements. Through the question- naire, the interview and statistical methods, the paper investigated the efficacy of teachers of senior high school physical educa- tion, and analyzed the factors affecting the self - efficacy and the measures taken to improve the level of physical education teachers. It is concluded that the teaching efficacy of female teachers of senior high school physical education was significantly higher than that of the male ones （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; the longer the seniority of teachers, the greater the individual efficacy is.
