摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮功能检测在冠心病合并2型糖尿病中的应用价值。方法:将研究对象分为合并2型糖尿病和不合并2型糖尿病的冠心病组,检测血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO),并与冠脉造影结果对照。结果:合并2型糖尿病的冠心病组ET水平显著高于非糖尿病组(P<0.05),NO水平显著低于非糖尿病组(P<0.05);合并2型糖尿病的冠心病组FMD显著低于非糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:血管内皮功能检测可以作为诊断冠心病合并2型糖尿病的一项重要的辅助检查方法。 Objective: To study the practical value of detection of vascular endothelial function in coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:The subjects were divided into coronary heart disease with and without diabetes melli- tus groups. Flow- mediated dilatation( FMD), Eudothelin (ET) and Nitric oxide (NO) were examined. The results of detection of vascular endothelial function were compared with that of coronary angiography. Results: The ET in diabetes mellitus group were signifi- cantly higher than CHD group; The NO in diabetes mellitus group were significantly lower than CHD group; The FMD in diabetes mel- litus group were significantly lower than CHD group. Conclusions: Detection of vascular endothelial function is an important method to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with type2 diabetes mellitus.
