成人Kaposi水痘样疹1例

摘要 患者女，61岁，因面部红斑丘疹伴痒6天加重2天，于2011年5月28日来我院就诊。6天前患者因面部红斑丘疹于外院就诊，诊断为湿疹，予0．03％他克莫司软膏外用，皮疹无明显好转，2天前皮疹突然加重，来诊入院。既往史：50年前患肺结核，已愈；支气管哮喘病史20年；高血压病史17年，未治疗；糖尿病史的7年，口服二甲双胍、格华止降糖，未定期监测血糖；
