摘要
以2007—2011年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,构建计量经济学模型,实证检验高管人员在职消费的影响因素及在职消费对企业经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明:国有企业和民营企业的在职消费水平相当;在职消费显著降低了民营企业的公司业绩,但这种影响在国有企业中并不显著;员工工资的提高并未带来国有企业在职消费水平的提升,却能使业绩得到提高;在民营企业中,员工工资的增加对在职消费和公司业绩均有促进作用,且对业绩的积极作用超过了由此带来的在职消费的负向作用。
Using the data of Chinats listed companies during the period of 2007-2011 ,this paper empirically studies the determinants of execu tive perquisite consumption and its economic consequence on enterprise performance by using a econometric model. The results show as follows : the perquisite consumption in stateowned companies and privateowned companies are almost same; perquisite consumption has significant nega tive influences on privateowned companiesr performance, while this influence is not significant in stateowned companies; the increasing of staff wage does not bring more perquisite consumption in stateowned companies but bring better performance; in privateowned companies,the in creasing of staff wage has promoting effects on perquisite consumption as well as enterprise performance,and the positive effect on performance is larger than the negative effect of perquisite consumption.
