肺吸虫病^(18)F-FDG PET-CT显像1例并文献复习 被引量:4

Review of the literature of ^(18)F-FDG PET-CT imaging in the treatment of 1 patient with pulmonary distomiasis

摘要 目的探讨肺吸虫病18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET-CT全身显像的临床价值。方法通过对1例肺吸虫病例的临床资料、18F-FDG PET-CT全身影像及相关文献的复习研究,分析该病的临床特点及全身PET-CT表现。结果 PET-CT全身扫描发现双肺内多发云絮状、结节状病灶,FDG摄取明显增高,SUVmax(2.4~9.0),延迟扫描后进一步升高SUVmax(3.15~11.2),部分病灶内见空洞及附壁结节,双侧胸膜增厚粘连伴少量胸腔积液,两肺门及纵隔肿大淋巴结。此外还发现食管下段及胃壁FDG摄取增高,肝内多发斑片状FDG摄取增高灶,肝门部多发高代谢肿大淋巴结。结论18F-FDG PET-CT全身显像不仅很好地显示肺内病灶的分布、形态、密度及代谢特征,且能更好地发现肺外组织、器官的受累,为肺吸虫病的诊断和病情评估提供有用信息。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of 18F-FDG PET-CT imaging in the treatment of l patient with pulmonary distomiasis. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with pulmonary distomiasis treated with 18F-FDG PET-CT image were reviewed. Re- sults The cloudy and nodoslty nidus were found in double lungs of distomiasis patients by PET-CT scan. The intake of FDG increased ob- viously, and SUVmax rose up from 2.4 ~ 9.0 to 3.15 ~ 11.2 after delayed scanning. Cavitates and mural nodules were found in part of the lesions. Bilateral pleural thickened with a little pleural effusion and swelling lymph nodes in porta pulmonis. The intake of FDG increased obviously at the lower part of esophagus and stomach wall. The increase of patchy FDG mostly occurred intrahepaticly and the increase of swelling lymph nodes occurred around porta. Conclusion The whole body PET-CT image not only can show the distribution, shape, den- sity and metabolic features of the lung lesions clearly, but also can better find tissues and organs lesions out of lung, which can provide useful information for the diagnosis and assessment of pulmonary distomiasis.
