重度COPD患者下呼吸道感染的病原菌及耐药性分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨重度COPD患者下呼吸道感染菌株的分布及耐药性。方法随机选择我院收治的重度COPD患者合并下呼吸道感染200例,对检验分离获得的264株细菌以纸片扩散法(KB法)行药敏测定分析。结果 264株细菌中主要致病菌为铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、不动杆菌、阴沟杆菌、粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。药敏结果表明:美罗培南、亚胺培南、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮舒巴坦、万古霉素为大多数细菌敏感。结论重度COPD患者并发下呼吸道感染以G-菌为主,已呈现多药耐药性,应引起高度重视。 Objective To investigate bacterial disposition and drug resistance in lower respiratory tract of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema (COPD). Methods From Jan 2010 to Dec 2011, 200 patients with mild-severe COPD were chosen randomly in hospital. The bacterial drug sensitivity of 264 strains isolated from these patients were analyzed by KB methods. Re- suits The main pathogenic bacteria of 264 strains were pseudomonas aeruginosa, followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae, immobility bacil- lus, cloacae, Enterocoecus faecalis and Staphylococcus aureus, and most of those bacteria were sensitive to meropenem, imipenem, Cefta- zidime, Cefoperazone and Sulbactam Sodium and vancomycin. Conclusion The gram-negative bacteria exist mainly in the patients of COPD and show multi-resistance to many antibiotics, which should be paid high attention.
