NT-ProBNP在呼吸困难患者中的诊断意义被引量：2

摘要目的探讨NT-ProBNP在呼吸困难患者中的诊断意义。方法对我院随机抽取68例出现呼吸困难的患者利用ELISA法进行测定血浆NT-ProBNP浓度,其中包括心源性的呼吸困难与非心源性的呼吸困难患者。结果心源性呼吸困难患者的NT-ProBNP的浓度明显高于非心源性呼吸困难患者的NT-ProBNP的浓度。结论 NT-ProBNP是一种作为心源性呼吸困难患者诊断的一个重要观察指标,而且这种方法简单、快速、敏感性高和特异性高特点。
