摘要
目的 :探讨家兔延髓嘴端腹外侧区与膈神经核之间的神经结构联系。方法 :用逆行标记方法 ,将CB HRP( 1% ,10 0nl)注入脊髓C5节段膈神经核内 ,观察延髓嘴端腹外侧区逆行标记神经元的分布。结果 :在面神经后核腹内侧区 (B tzinger复合体 )、旁巨细胞外侧核 (PGCL)观察到大量HRP逆行标记神经元。在斜方体后核观察到少数散在的标记神经元。结论 :膈运动神经元接受发自B tzinger复合体、PGCL的轴突投射。
Objective:To study the descending projections from the rostral ventrolateral medulla to the phrenic nucleus.Methods:Experiments were done on 10 pentobarbital anesthetized adult rabbit.After injection of CBHRP(1%)into the C 5 phrenic nucleus,a number of retrogradely labeled neurons were observed in the ventromedial area of the retrofacial nucleus(Bt.C),and nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis(PGCL).Injection into control sites failed to label the neurons in the Bt.C and other respiratory related structures in the brainstem.Results:the phrenic nucleus receives monosynaptic axonal projections from the Bt.C and PGCL.Conclusion:these pathways may be involved in the control of respiration.
