调节匹配及相关因素对员工宽恕决策的影响

摘要 采用实验法探讨了调节匹配、冒犯程度及归因类型对员工宽恕决策的影响。结果发现:(1)冒犯程度影响宽恕决策,相比严重冒犯,遭受轻微冒犯组员工更倾向于做出宽恕决策;(2)冒犯程度和调节匹配对宽恕决策有交互影响,当遭受轻微冒犯时,调节匹配组员工更倾向于做出宽恕决策,而当遭受严重冒犯时,调节不匹配组员工更倾向于做出宽恕决策;(3)归因类型和调节匹配对宽恕决策有交互影响,当进行错误归因时,调节匹配组员工更倾向于做出宽恕决策,而当进行正确归因时,两种调节匹配组员工在宽恕决策上无显著差异。
