心音信号小波变换分析研究

摘要 目的 :研究第三 (S3)第四 (S4 )心音在临床上的意义。方法 :用小波变换联合时频分析的方法 ,对 10~ 12岁正常少儿 34例 ,18~ 33岁正常成年人 31例 ,50~ 69岁正常老年人 30例和 53~ 85岁冠心病老年人 4 0例 ,低频心音段的S3和S4心音进行了分析 ,在心前区采集心音数据 ,采样频率为 10 0 0Hz。为对心音定位 ,还同步采集了一导心电信号。结果 :所有正常人均有S3、S4 ,且正常老年人S3的频谱主峰频率与冠心病患者S3的频谱主峰频率有明显的差异 (P =0 .0 164) ,后者S3的频谱主峰频率上移 ;而正常老年人S4的频谱主峰频率与冠心病患者S4的频谱主峰频率基本一致 (P =0 .82 67)。结论 :S3的检测分析对老年心脏病患者有重要的临床诊断意义 。 Objective:To find out the clinical significance of the third(S3) and fourth(S4) heart sounds.Method:Using wavelet transform plus timefrequency method,S3 and S4 in low frequency segments of 34 normal pioneer(aged10~12)、31 normal adults(aged 18~33)、30 normal old subjects (aged 50~69)and 40 old subjects with coronary heart diseases (aged 53~85) were statistically analyzed.Heart sound data were sampled at the precardium,and Lead I of the ECG was recorded simultaneously to label heart sounds.The sampling frequency was 1000Hz.Results:All normal person hass S3 and S4.Significant difference (P=0.0164) was found in main peak frequency of S3 between two grougs.The main peak frequency of S3 in the cardiovascularly aged was higher than that of the normally aged.As to S4,P=0.8267,and no difference was found between the two groups.Conclusion:S3 may be helpful in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases while S4 is not.
