摘要
目的 :探讨慢性冬眠心肌细胞内Ca2 +、Mg2 +含量的变化。方法 :使 2 2只犬冠状动脉左前降支缩窄 50 % ,继续喂养 1个月 ,利用三电极直流等离子体原子发射光电直读光谱仪测量慢性冬眠心肌细胞内Ca2 +、Mg2 +含量。结果 :①成功地建立了慢性心肌冬眠的动物模型 ;② 10只犬完成所有实验步骤 ,存活( 4 5.2± 9.59)d ,左前降支内径缩窄平均 4 8% ;③缺血心肌细胞内Ca2 +含量明显高于正常心肌〔( 13.4 8±4 .2 6)vs( 9.4 7± 2 .32 ) ,P <0 .0 5〕 ,而Mg2 +则明显低于正常〔( 19.37± 5.62 )vs( 2 7.18± 8.77) ,P <0 .0 5〕。结论 :慢性冬眠心肌存在细胞内Ca2 +超载 ,提示细胞内Ca2
Objective:To assess the changes of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in the myocytes of hibernating myocardium and their roles in hibernating myocardium.Metheds:A left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis was created in 22 dogs and mantained for(45.2±9.59)days to reduce the diameter of coroanry artery by a means of 48% with severe regional myocardial systolic dysfunction,as documented by echocardiography,establishing the animal model of chronic hibernating myocardium in 10 dogs.The contents of introcelluar Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ were measured.Results:1.The animal model of chronic hibernating myocardium were successful;2.The capacity of Ca 2+ in ischemic myocardial cells was obviously higher than the normal myocardium〔(13.48±4.26)vs(9.47±2.32),P<0.05)〕 and the capacity of Mg 2+ was obviously lower than the normal myocardium 〔( 19.37 ± 5.62 )vs(27.18±8.77),P<0.05〕.Conlcusion:The intracelluar Ca 2+ overload and Mg 2+ decrease were detected in the chronic hiberanting myocardium.
