Synthesis and Properties of Polyurethanes from Vegetable Oils

摘要 以丰富的农副产品替代石油化工产品合成绿色高分子材料是解决资源枯竭与环境污染的重要途径之一。在过去的二三十年中,以植物油为原料,合成聚氨酯塑料、泡沫、橡胶等材料的研究得到了较多关注。本文综述了植物油基聚氨酯的常用合成方法,及其产物的性能,并指出了各种方法的优缺点。对于植物油基聚合物目前存在的问题和今后的发展方向提出了自己的看法。 With the continuous depletion of fossil oils and environmental concerns,there is an urgent need to develop polymeric materials from renewable resources.Vegetable oils represent one of the most promising routes to renewable polymers due to their ready availability,inherent biodegradability and low toxicity.In the past decade,more and more attention has been paid to develop vegetable oil based polyurethanes.In this article,the most common synthesis routes and properties of polyurethanes from vegetable oils are reviewed.The current issue on vegetable oil based polymer and the tendency of the related research are discussed.
