弹丸前定心部间隙对炮口扰动规律仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 以某履带式自行火炮为研究对象,改进了基于有限段法的弹炮耦合建模方法,提出了基于YCai理论的高低机力、方向机力等效刚度计算方法,基于ADAMS/ATV模块建立了全炮的虚拟样机模型,并对有无弹丸作用、不同前定心间隙水平下的纵向炮口扰动进行了仿真。结论为:考虑弹丸的作用有利于减小炮口纵向扰动、当间隙水平小于0.35 mm时,炮口纵向扰动变化较为平稳,大于0.35 mm时,炮口纵向扰动量迅速增大。 A self-propelled gun was set to research and the method of projectile-barrel coupling model building was improved based on finite segment theory,the method of calculating equivalent stiffness of elevating mechanism force and traversing mechanism force were extracted by Y Cai theory.The virtual prototype of the self-propelled gun was built based on ADAMS/ATV software,and the work conditions of considering or not considering projectile,different backlash levels between projectile foreside and rifle were simulated,the conclusion were as: the vertical muzzle disturbance was reduced when considering projectile effect,when the backlash was less than 0.35mm,the vertical muzzle disturbance was changed smoothly, when the backlash was more than 0.35mm,the disturbance changed rapidly.
