摘要
随着加工业的进步,加工过程对金属部件形变量检测趋于微小化、精确化,且对于金属部件的检测不能产生接触损坏,如何在不接触金属部件的情况下精确测量金属形变越加重要。本文根据工业需求提出一种通过金属形变的数字图像采集和图像精确计算来测量金属微小形变的方法,并设计了图像采集方案,提出使用高斯曲面拟合算法对图像进行边缘处理,并进行实验得出结果。
