摘要
目的 :探讨氯沙坦降低血压、逆转左室肥厚的临床价值。方法 :服用氯沙坦前后分别测量血压、应用超声心动图测定高血压患者的左心室厚度、重量和E/A比值。结果 :服药后血压、左室厚度和重量显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,左室舒张功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氯沙坦能在降低血压的同时逆转左室肥厚 。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of Losartan which may reduce blood pressure(BP)and reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods:The left ventricular thickness(LVI),mass(LVM)and E/A ratio measured respectively by echocardiography before and after the administration of Losartan in patients with essential hypertension.Results:BP,LVT and LVM remarkebly decreased (P<0.01),and E/A ratio significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Losartan can reverse LVH and improve left ventricular diastolic function while reducing BP.
