摘要
根据A-P值法的基本原理,采用鞍山市空气污染源排放清单,对SO2和烟(粉)尘排放总量进行分配及削减。在总量分配过程中考虑了污染物背景浓度对分配结果的影响,克服了原A-P值法的不足,使分配方案更适合于鞍山市的实际情况,总结了A-P值法进行总量分配的优缺点和使用方法。
On the basis of A-P method principle, adopting the emit of the air pollution source of Anshan, the gross atmosphere S02 and dust particles are distributed and reduced. We take into account the background strength in the gross atmosphere pollutant distribution, overcoming the defect of A-P mothod. We also summarized the merits and drawbacks of A-P method in the gross atmosphere pollutant distribution.
