流式细胞仪检测微波疗法对基底细胞癌患者的T细胞亚群及NK细胞的影响

Detection of the influence of T-cell subpopulation and Natural killer cells activity of microwave treatment for patients with basal cell carcinoma by flow cytometry

目的:研究微波疗法对基底细胞癌患者的细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:用流式细胞仪检测32例基底细胞癌患者微波治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞。结果:基底细胞癌患者CD3、CD4细胞下降,CD8细胞增高,NK细胞降低,与对照组相比差异均有显著性;微波治疗后基底细胞癌患者CD4细胞上升,CD8细胞降低,NK细胞增多,与治疗前相比差异均有显著性。结论:基底细胞癌患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷;微波疗法能提高基底细胞癌患者的细胞免疫功能。

Objective To study the influence of the cellular immune function on The microwave therapy for patients with basal cell carcinoma（BCC）. Methods T-cell subpopulation and percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood of 32 cases with BCC were tested by flow cytometry before and after microwave therapy. Results The percentage of CD3 cells, CD4 cells and NK cells decreased and that of CD8 cells increased in BCC patients,with significant difference from those of controls. After microwave therapy,the percentage of CD4 cells and NK cells in patients with BCC were higher than that of before treatment,the percentage of CD8 cells were lower than that of before treatment. Conclusion BCC patients exist cellular immune function defect, Microwave therapy can enhance the immune function of the BCCpatients.
