摘要
目的:探讨强脉冲光对面部雀斑治疗效果的临床运用及体会。方法:采用武汉亚格光电技术有限公司IPL 560-C光子嫩肤仪,波长560～1200mm,光斑尺寸8mm×34mm,脉宽3.5ms、5.0ms、4.5ms,能量密度20～40J/cm2,间隔时间3周。结果:雀斑明显减少甚至消失,皮肤细腻、光泽有弹性,无不良反应,效果满意。结论:IPL治疗仪治疗雀斑安全、有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the intense pulsed light facial freckles treatment effect clinical use and experience.
