上颌单端游离缺失及可摘义齿支架的三维有限元建模 被引量:1

摘要 目的:利用三维有限元专用软件技术,建立精确且能广泛应用的上颌游离端缺失及整铸义齿的三维有限元模型。方法:利用DCTP120螺旋CT扫描获得DICOM格式数据文件后导入MIMICS10.0软件,采用阈值分割与手动分割相结合的处理方法,计算得到颌骨、牙列和支架初步几何模型,并结合CATIA软件、ANSYS13.0三维有限元专用软件等技术建立三维有限元模型。结果:成功建立了26,27缺失的包含上颌骨、余留全牙列、牙周膜、黏膜及支架材料的铸造可摘局部义齿的三维有限元模型。结论:该有限元建模具有省时、便捷、精确、可重复性强及上手容易等特点,为进行口腔修复学领域生物力学的分析研究打下基础。 Objective Use three dimensional finite element special software technology to build a more accurate and more extensive application of maxillary distal-extension absence and the whole casting denture of three dimensional finite element model. Methods Use DCTP120 spiral CT scanning to get D ICOM format data documents and then guide them into MIMICS10.0 software.Using threshold segmentation and manual segmentation processing method, calculate an get the preliminary three-dimensional geometric model of the jaw bone,teeth column and support.And then combine with CATIA software, ANSYS13.0 three dimension finite element technology such as special software to construct a three dimensional finite element model. Results The FEM of the castin.q RPD in which 26,27 are missingwas successfully set up,including maxilla,after full dentition, periodontal,mucosa,teeth and support material. Conclusion The finite element modeling has the features of timesaving,convenient,precise,better repeatability and easy to fit in,etc.So it can lay the foundation for biomechanics analysis research in oral prosthetics field.
