摘要 老化和日光损伤皮肤的临床特征包括皱纹、色素异常和皮肤萎缩,组织学上表现为表皮和真皮有序结构的缺失,表皮角变平,表皮下基底带Ⅳ型和Ⅶ型胶原减少,真皮厚度下降,紫外线在皮肤老化过程中起着重要的作用。
