摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区社康中心计免护士的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选择深圳市宝安区全部社康中心的在职计免护士对其心理健康状况进行调查。结果社康中心计免护士SCL-90量表各因子得分均高于国内常模(P<0.01),以症状自评量表中的各因子评分的均分作为因变量,个人基本情况作为自变量进行多因素逐步回归分析,结果显示,影响社康中心计免护士心理健康的因素主要为工作年限、年龄、文化程度、每日工作时间、是否为聘用护士、是否值夜班、工资待遇满意度。结论社康中心计免护士心理健康状况处于较低水平,除了改善工作环境及福利待遇外,政府部门应重点关注对,社康中心计免护士的心理疏导、社会支持等方面的工作。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of nurses from community health service center and its influen-cing factors. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate all nurses of Fuyong Street 15 community health serv-ice center in Shenzhen. Results The separate scores of 10 factors of SCL-90 were all higher than those of the Chinese normal model, effects of small enterprise workers mental health factors were mainly the working years, age, cultural degree, the daily work time, whether for employed nurses, whether on night duty, salary satisfaction degree. Conclusion The mental health of nurses working in basic medical institutions is at a low level. In addition to improve the working environment and welfare benefit, the gov-ernment departments should focus on small business workers psychological, social support and other aspects of the work.
