脑海绵状血管瘤的静脉血氧依赖MRI诊断价值 被引量:4

The Diagnosis Value of VEN_BOLD for Cerebral Cavernous Angiomas

摘要 目的探讨磁共振静脉血氧水平依赖成像(VEN_BOLD)对脑海绵状血管瘤(CCA)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析烟台市莱阳中心医院经病理或临床证实的35例脑海绵状血管瘤患者的常规磁共振图像及VEN_BOLD图像,通过与T1WI、T2WI以及时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(TOF-MRA)等序列对比观察,分析脑海绵状血管瘤的信号特点以及VEN_BOLD对脑海绵状血管瘤的数目及范围的诊断价值。结果本组35例患者共发现47个脑海绵状血管瘤病灶。脑海绵状血管瘤在MRI各序列上的影像表现呈多样性,有5个脑海绵状血管瘤病灶在常规T1WI及T2WI图像上未能显示;而TOF-MRA及VEN_BOLD序列却能显示全部47个脑海绵状血管瘤病灶。VEN_BOLD对脑海绵状血管瘤最大径的显示较其他各序列大,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEN_BOLD对于脑海绵状血管瘤的诊断具有显著优势,可作为脑海绵状血管瘤(CCA)重要的筛查手段。 Objective To explore the value of VEN_BOLD to diagnose the cerebral cavernous angiomas(CCA). Methods The regular-MRI or VEN_BOLD performance of 35 CCA cases were reviewed retrospectively,35 cases of CCA were confirmed pa-thology. The comparison between T1WI T2WI TOF-MRA and VEN_BOLD were analyzed to evaluate the signal characteristics of CCA and the superiority of VEN_BOLD in diagnosing the nmnber and diameter of CCA. Results The 47 lesions were observed in 35 CCA patients,the regular-MRI performance of CCA were varied,and 5 lesions were not showed in regular-MR. All lesions were showed in TOF-MRA and VEN_BOLD. VEN_BOLD can be used to find larger range than T1WI and TOF-MRA in the maxi-mum diameter of CCA,and there were significant difference in diagnosing the maximum diameter of CCA lesions ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There was significant supeiioiity to diagnose the CCA by VEN_BOLD imaging,VEN BOLD can be regarded as the method of screening.
