新医改政策下医学院校法制教育体系的构建

Reformation of Legal Education System in Medical College under Background of New Medical Reform Policy

近年来,医患紧张关系一直成为全社会关注的热点。加强医学生法制教育、提高医学生法律意识、增强法律信仰是解决医疗纠纷重要途径,也是全面落实新医改政策目标要求。但是,目前医学院校法制教育长期从属于德育范畴,存在被边缘化的现实,缺乏独立性、系统性和可操作性。为了适应现代社会发展和实现新医改目标,加强医学生法制教育、增强法制观念,养成依法办事、依法行医的行为习惯,切实维护医患双方合法权益和促进医学科学的发展。医学院校构建新的法制教育体系、促进法制教育的时效性势在必行。文章从教学目标、教学内容、教育途径、师资建设和评价体系等方面加以探索,构建既符合我国医药卫生事业发展又有利于促进学生全面发展的医学院校法制教育体系。

Recently, the tense relationship between patients and doctors has been a heated discussed problem in the whole so-ciety. Therefore, reinforcing medical students＇ legal education, increasing their legal awareness and enriching legal belief become an important way to solve doctor-patients-conflict and also fully implement the requirements of new medical reform. However, legal education in medical college belongs for a long time to moral education, and therefore, being marginalized and lack of independ-ence, system and operability. To adapt to modern society development and realize the objectives of new medical reform, reinforce medical students＇ legal education and legal awareness,form the habit of conducting according to law and doctoring according to law, as well as protect the legal rights of both the doctors and the patients, therefore promote the development of medical science, the construction of medical college legal education system and the promotion of time-efficiency of legal education have now be-come an urgent. This paper explores from the perspectives of teaching objectives ,teaching contents, teaching approaches, teachers construction and assessment system,etc. ,trying to construct a medical college legal education system which is both suitable for medical career development in China and also beneficial to students＇ integrated development.
