断指再植术128例术后护理

Postoperative Nursing Care of 128 Patients with Replantation of Severed Fingers

目的探讨断指再植术患者术后的护理方法。方法对2008年6月-2011年12月入住的128例130指断指再植术后患者,制定护理计划:包括心理护理、基础护理、局部情况观察与护理、三抗治疗及护理、功能锻炼及康复护理。结果本组除2例2指坏死外,均再植成功,成功率达98.46%,其中优120指,良5指,可2指,总优良率为96.15%。124例127指患者获24个月以上随访,无伤口感染、无并发症发生,功能恢复良好。结论断指再植术术后的功能恢复,护理起着重要作用,加强各项基础护理,具备高超的护理技术、敏锐的观察力,及时发现病情变化、及时汇报、及时处理;良好的心理疏导,稳定患者情绪;早期的康复治疗和功能锻炼;是提高再植指成活率,促进功能恢复的重要保证。

Objective To explore the nursing approaches after the replantation of severed fingers. Methods The nursing care was planned for 128 patients（ 130 severed fingers） from Jun 2008 to Dec. 2010 including psychological nursing care, basic nursing, observation and nursing care of wound, Anti-infection, anticoagulation and anti-vasospasm therapy, functional rehabilita- tion. Results There were 2 severed fingers of 2 patients were necrotic and the successful rate was 98.46%. 120 replanted fingers were better ;5 fingers were good and 2 fingers were normal;the total fine rate was 96.15%. The following-up on 127 severed fin- gers of 124 patients for 24 months showed that there were no wound infection and complications, and the function of fingers re- stores good. Conclusion The careful nursing plays an important role in recovery function after replantation of severed fingers. Strengthening the basic nursing, improving nursing technology, careful observation;timely detection of the changes of disease and treatment, counseling psychology and stabilize emotions, early rehabilitation therapy and functional exercise play an important role in increasing the survival rate and obtaining the good function of the replanted severed fingers.
