电机锥形轴伸检测用圆锥环规的设计

Design of Conical Ring Gauge for Measuring Conical Shaft Extension of Motor

叙述了检查YZR(YZR3)、YZ系列起重及冶金用三相异步电动机及其派生系列产品圆锥形轴伸直径、锥度及长度的专用综合量具圆锥环规的结构型式、尺寸的选取,并通过理论计算和实际验证,说明圆锥环规的设计和取值是合理的。

This paper briefly describes the structure and dimension selection of special inte- grated measuring tool （conical ring gauge） which can be used to measure diameter, conical de- gree and length of conical shaft extension of YZR （YZR3）, YZ and the derived series three- phase induction motors for crane and metallurgical applications. By theoretical calculation and actual verification, it is shown that design and read-out value of the conical ring gauge is reasona- ble.
