摘要
通过对上海市某底框建筑抗震现状进行实地检测,分析了该房屋结构现状、损坏开裂情况、房屋倾斜情况、抗震能力等情况,根据PKPM建模对结构进行验算,对该结构进行抗震鉴定,并提出了一些加固改造的建议,为实际设计提供依据.
By testing the current aseismicity situation of a Multi - story Masonary Building with Bottom Frame in Shanghai, some information of the building was gotten, such as the current structure status, the failure and crack, building tilt, seismic capacity and so on. The seismic appraisal of the structure was calculated by means of PKPM, and some suggestions about reinforcement and transformation were given, which may be a reference for actual designing.
