摘要
某超高层建筑主体高度232m,属于超B级高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构.针对该工程特点和《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3-2010)中结构抗震性能要求,本文对此工程的外框布置及选型进行研究,主要针对柱距、柱子形状进行方案弹性结果对比分析.综合考虑结构抗侧力性能与建筑效果要求,选择最优的小柱距、矩形柱方案.
The structural system of frame - core tube was applied to a 232m height of super high - rise building. Based on the building' s structural characteristics and the requirements about performance - based seis- mic design form Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building (JGJ3 -2010), this paper car- ried out an elastic comparative analysis on frame structural arrangement and optimization. The comparison was concerned essentially with column space and column shape. The optimal option, the smaller column space and rectangle shape, was chosen based on the overall consideration of structural performance and architectural de- sign.
