三联疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Efficacy of triple therapy treatment on the nerve root type cervical spondylosis

目的观察药物加温针灸配合中药离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将160例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为药物组、温针灸组、中药离子导入组和综合组,每组40例。药物组采用静脉滴注和口服药物方法治疗;温针灸组采用针刺配合艾灸方法治疗;中药离子导入组采用离子导入法治疗;综合组是以上治疗方法联合应用。每组在治疗3个疗程后由专人进行疗效评定。结果药物组总有效率为75%,温针灸组总有效率为85%,中药离子导入组总有效率为78%,综合组总有效率为98%;综合组总有效率明显优于其他组(P均<0.05)。结论药物加温针配合中药离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 160 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients wereran- domly divided into drug group, warm acupuncture group, Chinese medicine iontophoresis group and integrated group, 40 cases in each group. The drug group was treated with intravenous and oral drug, warm acupuncture group were treated with acupunc- ture and moxibustion. Chinese medicine iontopboresis group was treated with iontophoresis therapy, integrated group was trea- ted with a joint application of the above treatments. Each group after three courses of treatment efficacy was evaluated by hand. Results The drug group~ clinical total effective rate was 75% , that of the warm acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine iontophoresis group were 85% and 78%. The rate in integrated group was 98% , which was significantly higher than that in the other three groups（P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of the nerve root type cervical spondylosis is significant and worthy of clinical application.
