摘要
转化生长因子β(transformation growth factor-β,TGF-β)广泛参与各种细胞作用,其在纤维化中也发挥重要功能,被认为是纤维化的总开关。本文从TGF-β1、放射诱导的颌骨纤维化、纤维化是多细胞因子参与多细胞间相互作用的结果及TGF-β1参与纤维化的信号通路4个方面,对TGF-β1与放射诱导的颌骨纤维化的关系作一综述。
TGF-β1, which is considered as the switch of the fibrosis,takes part in extensive involvement among various cells function,it also plays an important role in fibrosis. This review article discussed the relation between TGF-β1 and radiation-induced fibrosis of the jaw bone, with focus on TGF-β1, radiation induced fibrosis,fibrosis resulting from extensive cell factors and interaction among extensive cells and TGF-β1 signaling pathways involved in fibrosis.
