细胞移植治疗心肌梗塞的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 成熟个体的心肌细胞不可再生 ,一旦受损只能由疤痕组织代替。心肌梗塞后残留心肌数量大量减少及继发心室重构是冠心病患者终末期心力衰竭的主要原因。成肌细胞、心肌细胞、直至平滑肌细胞被陆续移植入心脏 ,发现其均可存活并有助于提高心功能。但目前用细胞移植来提高有效心肌细胞数量的方法尚处于实验室研究阶段。
