摘要
本文介绍了一个建立在HP工作站上的MIC,MMIC,GaAs VHSICCAD软件包。它包括宽带匹配网络综合程序(CADSYN)、线性电路分析及最优化设计程序(LANOP)、非线性电路分析程序(HB和NLCAD)、砷化镓超高速集成电路分析程序(MSINC和SP ICE3A713)以及一些专用的子程序。每个程序都经过多年的实际应用,并为微波及超高速集成电路的研制提供了精确的设计依据。本文着重介绍以上各程序的功能和特点,并以实例给出程序的实用情况。
A CAD software package for MIC, MMIC and GaAs VHSIG established on HP 9000 series 300 workstation system is presented in this paper. It consists of the following programs:the program of broad-band matching network(CADSYN), the program of linear circuit analysis and optimum design(LANOP),the program of nonlinear circuit analysis (HB and NLCAD),the program of GaAs VHSIC analysis(MSINC and SPICE 3A713) and some special ones.Everyone has been applied for many years and has supplied accurate data for the development of microwave IG and VHSIG.This paper mainly introduces the functions and features of the above programs and describes their applications with some examples.
