摘要 近年来越来越多的研究表明肿瘤治疗后复发的根源在于肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cells,CSCs)的存在,它能抵抗各种治疗方法并最终导致治疗失败。CSCs在放疗中的作用和意义也成为研究热点之一,其特殊的DNA损伤修复机制、和周围小生境相互依存的特殊关系及DNA损伤后其损伤修复信号通路的开放等都是肿瘤放疗抵抗和复发的根源。探明CSCs产生放疗抵抗的机制将为肿瘤治疗带来新的希望。 In recent years a growing number of studies have shown that the root causes of recurrence after cancer treatment is the existence of cancer stem cells (CSCs), which can resist various treatments and ultimately lead to treatment failure. The role and significance of CSCs in the radiotherapy has also become one of the focus. The specific DNA damage repair mechanisms,special interdependence relationship between CSCs and its around niche and the open of DNA damage signaling pathway in the tumor all become the source of radiation resistance and relapse of tumor. Exploring the radiation resistance mechanisms of CSCs will bring new hope to tumor treatment.
