吲哚青绿联合光照对兔眼前房反应影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过研究吲哚青绿(ICG)介导光动力对兔眼后发性白内障的抑制作用,观察ICG联合光照对兔眼前节组织的影响。方法 32只兔眼随机分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,分别行超声乳化及皮质吸出术。低、中、高剂量组吸出皮质后,前房内注入浓度分别为1.25、2.5、5mg/mL的0.5mLICG,再用810nm的半导体激光对囊膜进行低能量(50mW/cm)照射2min。于术后1d、3d、7d观察眼前节组织、眼压及房水总蛋白含量的变化情况。结果术后1d,低、中、高剂量组的眼压分别为(15.67±2.17)、(15.94±2.35)、(16.08±2.12)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),术后3d分别为(17.41±2.85)、(17.87±2.51)、(17.95±2.64)mmHg,术后7d分别为(16.65±2.24)、(16.93±2.06)、(17.24±2.32)mmHg,各组间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组及与术前比较,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1d,低、中、高剂量组的房水总蛋白含量分别为(0.73±0.26)、(0.76±0.28)、(0.80±0.25)mg/mL,术后3d分别为(0.66±0.12)、(0.71±0.23)、(0.73±0.31)mg/mL,术后7d分别为(0.53±0.27)、(0.58±0.17)、(0.61±0.23)mg/mL,各组间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组比较,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4组间前房反应评分,两两配对比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICG联合光照短期内对兔眼前节组织无明显毒副作用。 Objective To observe the effect of indocyanine green (ICG) on anterior chamber after photodynamic therapy in rabbits in order to prevent posterior capsule opacification. Methods Thirty-two rabbit' s eyes were randomly divided into 4 groups. Extracapsular lens extraction by phacoemulsification was performed on 32 eyes. One point five mL ICG [1.25 mg/mL (Group A, GA), 2.5 mg/mL (Group B, GB),5 mg/mL (Group C, GC)I was injected into the capsular bag and those eyes were illuminated with a diode laser (wavelength 810 nm) for 2 min. After 1 day, 3 days and 7 days, the changes of the anterior chamber were observed and intraocular pressure and total protein content of the aqueous humor were measured. Results Intraocular pressure in each experimental group after 1 day [ GA : ( 15.67 + 2.17)mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa); GB:(15.94-+2.35) mm Hg; GC:(16.08-+2.12)mm Hg], 3 days[GA: (17.41 +2.85) mm Hg; GB:(17.87_+2.51) mm Hg; GC:(17.95 .+2.64)mm Hg], 7 days [GA:(16.65 -+2.24) mm Hg ; GB : ( 16.93 -+ 2.06) mm Hg ; GC : ( 17.24 ,+ 2.32) mm Hg ] showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) and with the control group. Total protein content of the aqueous humor of each experimental group after 1 day [ GA: (0.73 _+ 0.26) mg/mL, GB: (0.76 + 0.28) mg/mL, GC : (0. 80 -+ 0.25 ) mg/mL ], 3 days [ GA : (0.66 + 0.12) mg/mL, GB: (0.71 -+0.23) mg/mL,GC: (0.73 +0.31)mg/mL], 7 days [GA: (0.53 +0.27) mg/mL, GB: (0.58-+0. 17) mg/mL, GC: (0.61 .+ 0.23)mg/mL], showed no significant differences (all P 〉 0.05 ) compared with the control group as well. There were no significant difference of anterior chamber reaction ratings group by paired comparison (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions The ICG joint illumination don't have apparent short-term side effects on anterior chamber in rabbits.
