摘要
针对电磁行波驱动器伺服系统存在的非线性、时变性及可能存在外部干扰等特点,设计了一种结合传统PID控制策略和模糊控制理论的智能模糊PID参数自适应控制器,并将其应用于一种实验用电磁行波驱动器伺服控制系统的速度闭环控制模块中。仿真及实验结果表明,模糊PID控制器与传统的PID控制器相比具有更好的动态特性,对外界干扰具有较强的鲁棒性,适用于电磁行波驱动器的控制系统。
In view of nonlinear and time-varied characteristics of servo system of electromagnetic traveling-wave drive, an algorithm for fuzzy PID control which based on PID control strategy and fuzzy control theory is proposed to adjust PID parameters automatically, and applied to the module of velocity control of a servo system of electromagnetic traveling-wave drive. Experimental results indicate that the fuzzy PID controller is superior to conventional PID controller in dynamic characteristics, and fuzzy PID controller has improved robustness to external distribution.
