摘要
目的 探讨采用同种原位心脏移植治疗终末期心脏病的外科围术期处理 .方法 1例 2 9岁男性终末期心脏病患者接受同种原位心脏移植 ,供心保护采用冷晶体心脏停搏液顺行灌注 .术后采用新的三联免疫抑制治疗 .结果 患者存活至今 ,心理状态稳定 ,无明显排异迹象 ,血流动力学稳定 ,心功能 级 ,生活质量良好 .结论 心脏移植是治疗终末期心脏病唯一可行的方法 。
AIM To evaluate the effect of orthotopic heart transplantation in curing endstage heart disease. METHODS One patient with Kershan myocardial disease underwent an orthotopic heart transplant. The donor heart was protected by perfusing cold modified St. Thomas cardioplegia and the new immunosuppressive therapy was taken postoperatively. RESULTS The patient has been alive until now. His cardiac function and life quality are recovering. CONCLUSION The orthotopic heart transplantation is reasonable for curing endstage heart disease, The perioperative management is very important for the procedure.
