摘要 葛可扦插繁殖,自然生长情况下,块根的数量多,块根单个重小,商品性较差。利用嫩枝及一年生枝下端圆口与斜口扦插进行对比,探讨繁殖材料下端切口形状对葛根块根数量、形状及产量的影响。结果表明:嫩枝单节斜切扦插单株块根数量平均为1.5个,块根形状较好,呈长球状,单位面积产量最高,达28 350 kg/hm2。 Kudzuvine belongs to the cutting propagation plant with more regenerated roots, under the natural growth condi- tion, there is much more root tuber, and each root tuber' weight is small, and the commercial value was low. This experi- ment used twigs and annual branches lower incision comparison test, discussed the effect of each treatment on root num- bers, shape and yield of Kudzuvine. The result showed that the single chamfer processing quantity on average was 1.5 roots per plant, with better root shape, like a long ball, and its highest yield per unit area was up to 28350 kilogram per hectare.
